Silver Memorial Trophy
Awarded to the lowest placing dog completing all 4 programs at the WRA National Meet. Also known by our clubs as the Valiant Effort, Most Appreciated or Turtle Award, it is named in memory of Laurel Chase Hot Time Tonight, call name QuikSilver (Silver), owned and loved by Mary Lou Roselli. Though anything but quick, she thoroughly enjoyed racing and gave her all on the track. Silver thought she won every race she ran by coming in last and consistently ran all four programs earning countless Turtle awards. Silver was the best little race dog in the world. This is a travelling, perpetual trophy awarded every year for 10 years, starting in 2022.
